FOUNDATION FOR BETTER TOMORROW (FOBET) is a rural integrated NGO that is committed to Human Resource Development and Mobilization of grassroots communities.
FOBET was established in 1996 and is registered with the following groups:

MISSION STATEMENT
FOBET is profoundly committed to improving the lot of deprived rural communities by assisting them to build their capacity, to identify and help solve their problems to enhance the quality of their lives for a better tomorrow.
OBJECTIVES OF FOBET
- Initiate and implement programmes to improve the socio-economic well being and total development of rural dwellers, especially women and children.
- Initiate and implement educational programmes to increase awareness on environmental and health issues to enable them take better control of their health and make informed decisions; especially in the case of safe motherhood and reproductive health practices.
- Educate and enlighten women and other vulnerable groups on their cultural, social, political and civic nights so as to encourage them to take up decision-making positions in the society.
- Facilitate community participation towards healthier development of communities.
